Lend Helping Hand Organisation (LHH) is a voluntary, non-profit, and non-governmental organization passionately dedicated to transforming lives in marginalized and deprived communities across the US, Ghana and Africa. Founded by Daniel Madugu Kwao, a Ghanaian-American Reverend Minister, businessman, and philanthropist, LHH stands as a beacon of hope for the neglected, the vulnerable, and the disadvantaged.

In his essence of humanity, compassion, generosity of and service to the underprivileged in our marginalized communities decided with some friends of like-mind to establish an organization to enable them pull resources together to lend helping hand/support to the needy, marginalized individuals, and deprived communities in Africa, especially in Ghana, which gave birth to the establishment of Lend Helping Hand Organization LBG, and subsequently its registration to undertake Programs and projects to achieving its goals and objectives towards assisting the poor and needy,
especially women, youth, children, the aged, and People Living with Disabilities (PLWDs).

Even before the official registration, Lend Helping Hand Organization LBG has undertaken some
projects since December 2022 to alleviate the suffering of the poor and needy in the area of Educational Support/Scholarships to needy (but brilliant) students; Health Assistance/Medical Support to poor individuals, and Economic Empowerment Assistance to identified disadvantaged
individuals.

Our Goal

To help change and influence completely the lives of the poor, neglected and defenseless people in our deprived communities, by mobilizing and providing the needed assistance and support, especially to children women, youth, and the aged.

Our Mission

Identify and mobilize those in need, especially in disadvantaged communities and make to life changing impact in their lives through our projects for social and economic development.

The object of the organization is to undertake projects and programs to relieve suffering, promote the interest of the poor, marginalized and disadvantaged through the social services and community development in the US, Africa, especially in Ghana, with particular focus on:

  • Health
  • Women Empowerment
  • Youth Development
  • Human Rights / Child Rights etc
